What is the turnaround time for custom DTF transfers?
Most custom DTF transfer orders are processed and printed within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How do I ensure my artwork is print-ready?
For the best results, please upload your designs as high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) with a transparent background. This ensures crisp edges and vibrant colors on your garments.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because custom transfers and printed apparel are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large production runs?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders of DTF transfers and wholesale apparel. The discount is automatically applied in your cart based on the quantity of items ordered.
What heat press settings should I use for DTF Dallas transfers?
We recommend pressing at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure. Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling (Cold Peel), then press again for 5 seconds with a finishing sheet.
